The Center Founders:

The Center, co-founded by Jeannette Sutton and Garry Briese, provides leadership, education, and research on the implementation of New Media to local, state, and national public safety and emergency management organizations to promote and enhance community, regional, and national resiliency.

Our purpose will be accomplished by supporting and conducting non-partisan scientific research, education and engaging in knowledge outreach activities all of which are designed to increase national resiliency and reduce time-to-competency.
